Figgy’s Fizz is now available to buy from Hercules Wines, Sandwich.
It’s a real thrill to see our first vintage at an independent wine merchant, especially one with a growing English wine section.
A wine shop with a story
Hercules Wines opened in 2005 on the site of the old Hercules Foundry, which is where the anvil on their sign comes from. You’ll find it on New Street, just off the square by the Guildhall.
Look for us in the English wine section
There’s usually a bottle open to taste, especially in the run up to the weekend, and the blackboard by the door shows the team’s latest favourites. Don’t miss the cellar at the back, but mind your head on the way in. If you’re in Sandwich for a round of golf, it’s well worth a stop on the way home.
